Abstract
This report contains the experience of an internship program at Bee Happy Translation Services based in Malang, ndonesia. The report provides general information about Bee Happy, the internship activities, and others including the problems, the solutions, and the conclusion as well as suggestions. The writer got the opportunity to try out three different divisions that are translation, content
writing, and digital marketing. The first work of the writer was to create 20 short captions as a form of practice. On a later day, the writer started to work on translation only briefly at times depending on when the project happened.
Afterward, followed by making articles and descriptions as the most and the longest, then closed with contacting possible candidates to be employed in the company’s projects for about a month. During the writing process, the writer
encountered some difficulties such as high workload for article writing, and ideas generation. Fortunately, the writer found the solutions to the problems. For the high
workload, he maintained his focus, consistency, and motivation at a high level so that he had able to survive the pressure. As for ideas generation, he sometimes
reused the content he created if needed; see the list of keywords’ potential to develop ideas; and implemented the SEO principles. Key words: Internship, Content Writing, Translation Service Agency, SEO Writing
