Abstract
Turnover intention refers to an employee's voluntary or involuntary intention to leave his or her job for a specific reason. There are several variables that affect the
level of employee turnover intention in this study, namely compensation, work environment, and workload. The purpose of this study is to find out how compensation, work environment, and workload affect employee turnover intention
at Royal Orchid Garden Hotel. The population and sample in this study are employees of Royal Orchid Garden Hotel, with the sampling method used is nonprobability sampling. The number of research samples is 38 respondents, and the
data was collected by distributing questionnaires online through Google Form. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of
the F-Test that has been carried out, it is found that compensation, work environment, and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. On the other hand, based on the results of the T-test conducted, it can be concluded that partially the work environment has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, while compensation and workload have a negative and
significant impact on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, work environment, workload, turnover intention
