Abstract
This report contains the experience during the internship at Translation Transfer located in Jember, East Java where we carried it out online at Ma Chung University starting on August 7, 2023 until December 7, 2023. This report contains information about the company, a detailed description of the activities during the internship program, problems ncountered at the internship site, and solutions offered by the author of the report. The author gained experience to learn more about the world of translation, marketing, and how to use applications that we have never used before.
However, the author faced some problems during the internship. These problems are (1) the writing problems in the aspect formatting (2) lack of fluency and clarity in
translation (3) lack of understanding how to compose translated sentences properly. As the solution, the author will find out what the impact of what the author
experienced and find a solution for the writer herself. In general, Translation Transfer is a very good place to do an internship program because of their kindness
and willingness to accept and teach us as interns.
