Abstract
The rapid advancement of the digital era makes it easier for everyone to perform their daily activities, one of which is shopping. Yulibu.com is a marketplace with a global market target with the mission of empowering and improving the welfare of MSMEs so they can compete in the global market. This design aims to improve the user experience of the Yulibu.com through a new website design. The decision to
redesign the website is based on the current problems with the UI/UX of Yulibu.com. Expecting the solutions can improve the user experience of the Yulibu.com website. Yulibu.com website redesign using Lean UX as a design method. Qualitative data used and the results will be analyzed using the assumption method on Lean UX. The output of this design is a mockup of the new Yulibu.com website design and supporting media in the form of a UI profile, website usage brochures, hat, pouches, t-shirt, sitting calendars, and phone stands. In conclusion, the UI/UX design of Yulibu.com has improve user experience, this can be seen from the results of user performance measurement tests which reached 86%. We greatly hope in the future, Yulibu.com can
simplify its system, because there are still many fiture that are too complex and have potential to be a source of user discomfort. Keyword : Marketplace, Website, Website Design
