Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an influence between Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, and Lecturer Competence on Academic Achievement of Accounting Study Program students of Universitas Ma Chung class of 2017-2019. The theory used in this research is Social Cognitive Theory. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research that uses numbers in data collection, data interpretation, and data appearance. The sample used in this study were students of the accounting study program at Universitas Ma
Chung class of 2017-2019 with a total of 38 respondents. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression as a research test tool. Testing the data in this study using the
Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence have no effect on
Academic Achievement of students of accounting study program at Universitas Ma Chung class of 2017-2019. Meanwhile, Lecturer Competence has an effect on
Academic Achievement of Accounting Study Program students at Universitas Ma Chung class of 2017-2019. These results confirm the previous research conducted
by Wahyudi & Sari (2019), Wicaksono & Laksanawati (2020), and Ridwan (2020), which stated that the variable competence of lecturers had a positive influence on academic achievement. there is no significant effect on the independent variables of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on academic achievement,
does not confirm the results of previous research conducted by Budiyono & Kristiyanti (2020) which stated that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence had an effect on student academic achievement at STIE AAS Surakarta.
