Abstract
The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all over the world resulted in several sectors of life such as the economy experiencing paralysis which resulted in many companies reducing production activities and not even a
few terminating employment (PHK). Therefore, a company leader must install the right strategy to maintain his company. Therefore, the role of the leader is very
important to motivate the performance of its employees. Research objectives (1) To analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the quality of
employee performance at CV Yuni Indah Interior. (2) Analyzing the influence of leadership style on the quality of employee performance at CV Yuni Indah Interior. (3) Analyzing the effect of work motivation on the quality of employee performance at CV Yuni Indah Interior. This type of research uses quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of CV Yuni Indah Interior which
consisted of 30 employees. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results showed 1) there was an influence of leadership style and work motivation on the quality of
employee performance at CV Yuni Indah Interior. (2) There is an influence of leadership style on the quality of employee performance at CV Yuni Indah Interior. (3) There is no effect of work motivation on the quality of employee
