Abstract

This report encapsulates the writer journey during the internship program at MI Wahid Hasyim 02 Dau, East Java, undertaken to fulfill graduation requirements.
The primary purpose of this program is to complement academic qualifications. It furnishes a comprehensive overview of the institution, followed by a detailed
account of the author's specific activities during the internship period. Throughout the internship, the author identified two notable problems within MI Wahid Hasyim
02 Dau: (1) Not Recognizing Student’s Abilities and (2) Low Promotion of Prosocial Behavior. This report is not just a documentation of the Writer internship but is expected to serve as a valuable source of insights for MI Wahid Hasyi 02 Dau in its continuous efforts to enhance the learning environment. a.
