Abstract

In this era of developing technologies, especially the rise of industry 4.0, there are a large
number of technologies advanced by humans to create efficiency in their daily lives. However,
in order for the technology to work as expected, it is crucial to know what the target needs.
This research's background is that the governance of Sumbersekar Village requests to get
information regarding the needs of the community towards technology.
This study's difficulty is that the village does not yet have governance that manages the IS/IT.
So, the village's needs towards the application system and the application training have not
been monitored. Therefore, this IT governance plan uses the Ward and Peppard Framework
method.
The research objective using this method is to analyze in terms of business and information
technology. This method will produce a portfolio of application systems along with training
needs in the use of the application, which will be used as a guide in the future.
The study results were in the form of an application system portfolio of 18 applications and a
training needs portfolio of 10 training applications. This research document can be used as a
basis/reference for further researchers to carry out the information system project management
in Sumbersekar Village.
