Abstract
The internship at SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen extensively explored classroom management and school rule challenges, focusing on student behavior, rule adherence, and overall
classroom dynamics. Teaching various grade levels uncovered issues such as attention concerns, lack of discipline, and overcrowded classrooms. The report delved into the root
causes of attention-seeking behaviors, disputes among peers, and challenges arising from an overwhelming number of students. It also addressed issues related to student discipline, including tardiness and disruptive behaviors. The intern aimed to devise practical solutions
emphasizing effective classroom management, rule reinforcement, and fostering a positive
learning environment. Insights gained contribute to improving the educational experience at
SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen, informing future efforts in classroom management and rule enforcement.
