Abstract

Nowadays with developing technologies, application is one of developed technology from software things. Food delivery application is one of most used application. The popularity of food delivery application, GrabFood is one of
popular food delivery application. The purpose from this research is analyse application features impacted to purchase decision from GrabFood application.
Collected data to this research is from 109 respondents in Malang City. The type of this research is description research and the approach of this research is
quantitative research. The technic of this research uses purposive sampling. Data was analysed with multiple linier regression. Result of this research is promotion
and discount have significant impact to purchase decision in context of application features. Recommendation for the company is expected to increasing the wide of restaurant choices feature with adding partnership with sellers in order to added consumer preferences about availability of restaurants on GrabFood Application. While, online payment feature needs to be concerned with GrabFood
Application to developed in order to consumer ease for making non-cash payment. These things need to be concerned remember already features not really effective and impacted to purchase decision. Keywords: wide of restaurant choices, fast delivery, online payment, recommendation and review, promotion and discount, app features, purchase decision
