Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a National QR code standard for digital payments through server-based electronic money applications, electronic wallets, or mobile banking. QRIS have many advantages for its users, both in terms of benefits and ease of use, especially for college students and millenials. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and perceived risk on the decision to use QRIS for digital purchase transactions on college students in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative
method which is a quantitative correlational research. Collecting data using a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique of 272 respondents. As for the
sampling technique used is a survey using Google Form. Perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk contributed 47.1% to the decision to use
the QRIS for digital purchase transactions on college students in Malang City, the remaining 52.9% was contributed by other factors that is not discussed in this study.
The results of the t-test concluded that the three independent variables partially had a significant effect on the decision to use the QRIS. Based on the ANOVA test, the
F-count obtained is 81,301 which is greater than the F-table (2,638), it is concluded that the perception of benefits, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk simultaneously influence the decision to use QRIS for digital purchase transactions on college students in Malang City.
