Abstract
Employees are a very important asset for an organization. Employees have an important role for the organization to achieve an organizational goal. In maintaining employee performance to remain productive, an organization needs to
pay attention to several factors including work involvement and work commitment to employees. This study was conducted to determine the effect of work involvement and work commitment on employee performance. This type of
research uses causal quantitative methods. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 50 permanent employees at PT. Lippo Malls Malang and Batu branches. The sampling technique used is census. The Likert scale is used to take the questionnaire assessment scores and uses validity and reliability tests for questionnaire testing. The data analysis method
used is multiple linear regression and uses various tests, namely the classical assumption test in the form of heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, t test, and test f. The results of this study indicate that work involvement and work commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially, work involvement has a significant
effect on employee performance. Work commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, but it can be seen that the two independent variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance are work
