Abstract
This research is a literary study on a movie entitled Mouse. Mouse is an interesting series because of the plot and the story. The objectives of this research are to point out the main character psychopathy based on the Hare Psychopathy Checklist and identify his manipulative behavior he used to hide his identity. Thus, this research focuses on Jung Ba Reum’s psychopath behavior which was analyzed using the Hare
Psychopathy Checklist theory as well as hismanipulative behavior. Since I used a series of K-Drama movie as the object of the research, it was done qualitatively. conducted an analysis process by watching the movie several times and noted the important things of information from the movie. The result of the analysis indicated that there are at least 10 items that proved Jung Ba Reum to be a psychopath, there are glibness, egocentricity, lack of sincerity, lack of guilt, lack of empathy, early behavior problem, poor behavior control, impulsivity, juvenile delinquency, failure to accept responsibility for own action. Some manipulative techniques that he uses to control the victims are diversion and projecting the blame.Keywords: psychopathy, manipulative behavior, Hare Psychopath Checklist (PCL
