Abstract
This internship at Translation Transfer, Jember, aimed to apply professional skills learned during five semesters at Universitas Ma Chung in the fields of entrepreneurship and translation. It involved the practical application of marketing of translation management, content creating, and document translation skills. Throughout the internship, I encountered challenges, including issues related to the
lack of providing translation materials and the lack of effective feedback by the mentor, making it necessary to conduct independent study on relevant subjects including SDL Trados, methods of translation, effective mentoring, and effective feedback. This report offers a thorough explanation of these challenges, the theoretical framework that was employed to comprehend and deal with them, and
the practical solutions that were implemented in the context of these theories, eventually functioning as a valuable resource for upcoming Universitas Ma Chung students who want to get ready for comparable career chances in translation,
