Abstract

In the process of supply chain activities of raw materials at PT. Inkor Bola Pasific, some problems were found. The problems include the accumulation of stock raw materials in warehouse, the use of materials that do not pass the
standard, and delay in the production process. Considering that the activities between parties are less than optimal, risk identification and analysis is needed to find potential risk in each problem so that the company can prevent risk.
This research was conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference model to identify risk and risk agent. Those risk agent will then be analyzed using the House of Risk method to find the mitigation strategy. The result of the study
found that there were 17 risk and 13 risk agents. There are 9 selected risk agents that will then proceed to HOR phase 2 to look for mitigation strategies. Mitigation strategies obtained after HOR phase 2 are 12 strategies. PT. Inkor Bola Pasific is expected to be better prepared in dealing with risk and potential risks.Keywords: Risk Management, SCOR, HOR
