Abstract
The community forum for small and medium industries in Malang Regency is a gallery that sells products belonging to small and medium industries in the Malang Regency. This gallery has the aim of helping the economy of the community owner of small and medium industries in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. There are many suppliers in this gallery, as well as consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to
conduct research on the supply chain to assess whether or not the supply chain activities in this gallery are good or not. The supply chain calculation uses the Supply-Chain Operation references (SCOR) method approach with the snorm de boer normalization formula. The results obtained from this calculation there is one indicator that has the weakest performance. This performance is due to mice, and a poor expiration logging system. The indicator is Percentage Defective Inventory in Disposition. With the obtained indicator value, which is 72.19%. So that the implementation is done by giving rat medicine, scheduling and making First
Expired First Out (FEFO) system in the gallery warehouse of FKPU IKM Malang Regency. After the implementation is done, the new value is obtained, which is 80%.
