Abstract

PT Inkor Bola Pacific is a company that produces balls according to demand. There are various types of balls produced by PT Inkor so PT Inkor needs many suppliers according to company standards that have been determined to meet various raw material needs to the maximum. However, in reality, PT Inkor does not have a list of criteria that must be met in finding suppliers, so there is a risk of causing problems in the fulfillment of raw materials. Therefore, this study aims to find the criteria that must be met to select suppliers and seek priority criteria. The existence of priority criteria can facilitate the purchasing department in selecting suppliers.The priority criteria are determined using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method which is the development of the AHP method. This method is used to find the weight of each criterion through the assessment obtained from the results of the uestionnaire. The assessment was changed to a fuzzy scale and continued with the calculation of the paired matrix. The results of the weighting of each criterion will show the ranking of each criterion.The results of the Fuzzy AHP calculation showthat the weight of the selected criteria for fast moving raw materials is 0.7874 for quality and 0.2126 for price. Meanwhile, for slow moving raw materials, 1 is obtained for quality. Therefore, the company can choose suppliers according to the criteria that have been found in order to get raw materials according to company standards.
