Abstract
In 2020, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic which can have an impact on many things. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is quite large for SMEs. So the purpose of this study is to analyze
productivity using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method and carried out at IKM Aira. The product to be researched is chocolate banana. After calculating the OMAX method, productivity before and during this pandemic can be known. After analyzing aspects such as labor, product output, machinery and energy, which decreased during this pandemic, this decline occurred from July to December 2020.
Then several implementations were carried out to increase productivity, namely by using e-commerce to expand market, reduce worker working hours and schedule machine maintenance to reduce machine breakdown time. The results of this
implementation show an increase in performance indicators in December 2020 by 0.094089 to 0.905911 during the period from May 24 to June 22, so it can be seen that there is an increase during the pandemic.Keywords: Productivity, Covid-19, Objective Matrix (OMAX), SMEs
