Abstract
Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the forums for the people to be able to earn income by opening certain businesses, both individually and as business entities. Indonesia is experiencing a major disaster, namely the corona virus which has an impact on many things, including SMEs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze productivity using the American Productivity
Center (APC) method with Aira SMEs as the object of the research. The mainfocus product is chocolate banana chips. The result of the calculation of the APC method is to find out the productivity, profitability, and price improvements
of Aira SMEs before and during the pandemic. After doing a comparative analysis, it was found that the productivity changes of Aira SMEs for energy, capital, and total input has been decreasing during the pandemic. Therefore
several implementations were carried out, such as trying other suppliers that had lower prices than the previous supplier, reducing the working days of each worker, and using e-commerce to expand the market and increase the output. The results of this implementation show that the productivity index for labor, energy, and total inputs increased by (62.8008%), (15.2459%), and (12.8458%) and
