Abstract

The high roductivity level is an aimed goal of a company in its production processes. The higher the yield and the less materials used, it means the company’s productivity level is higher, and it will increase the amount of profit gained by the companyThis research will end up in measurement of production process’s productivity level. Objective Matrix will be used as a method of measuring or calculating the
productivity level, in which this research will use 4 variables : meat usage, white beans usage, electricity usage and labour usage.In this particular research using bjective Matrix Method, the average of Producitivity Indeks (PI) of the 24 observed periods is 3,151667. The lowest PI is
1, and the highest PI is 5,79000. Omax method can be used by the company to measure or to calculate the productivity level of production unit in the future by following the sugeested procedures.Kata Kunci : Productivity, Objective Marrix
