Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a very important role in the Indonesian economy, particularly in employment and equitable development. One of the MSME’s sectors that is growing rapidly is food and beverage industry, especially snacks such as cookies, biscuits, and wafers. This development also evident in Malang City, which is home to numerous cookies brand and one of which
is Cerys Bites. In the competitive landscape of cookies brands, it is necessary to establish a strong brand identity that creates awareness among the cookie’s consumers. Therefore, the brand identity for Cerys Bites was designed using the Moser method to ensure the formation of the brand identity, including core values, core message, and brand personality. As the result of this design process it is known that Cerys Bites’ Instagram activities is increased, proves that the right brand identity build awareness for a brand.
