Abstract
Translation is a complex process that involves a large number of transition elements, resulting in a wide range of mistranslations. Translators face the task of providing culturally appropriate translations to their target audience. During the internship program at ranslationLinker, translators face a variety of challenges that arise during the translation process. This study examines translation theories and strategies to address these challenges in detail. The study focuses on translation theory, translation theories, and translation strategies. The results show that
translation theory provides a framework for addressing the challenges arising during the internship process, highlighting the importance of theoretical knowledge and
practical skill development in the field of translation. Considering the challenges that mentors face when managing their time during the intern program it is recommended
that TranslationLinkers should consider hiring employees.
