Abstract
Financial Distress, which is a condition that occurs when the company's finances are in an unhealthy state or crisis so that the company begins to have difficulty fulfilling its obligations. Factors that cause the company to experience
Financial Distress conditions can be caused by Internal and External factors. The initial stage of bankruptcy of a company usually begins with financial distress and
then ends with bankruptcy. Bankruptcy will occur if the company's finances are so severe that the company is no longer able to operate properly. Analysis of
bankruptcy predictions is important to obtain early warning of potential bankruptcy of the company. The earlier signs of bankruptcy are detected, the better for management because management can make improvements to the company.test
financial distress using variables profitability, solvency, operating cash flow, working capital, liquidity. In this study, the test tool used was multiple regression
analysis on the basis of Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. The results of profitability, solvency, operating cash flow, working capital have no effect
