Abstract
Indonesia's statistical report the highest export commodity in 2019 came from the agriculture sector. There is volatility in agriculture sector stock returns in the 2018
2020. This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, interest rates and company financial performance on the returns of the Indonesian agriculture sector in 2018
2020. The financial performance factors tested are indicated by leverage ratios, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The financial performance
are DER, CR, ROE and TATO. The population in this study was 21 issuers. The sample in this study was 12 issuers, sampling using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Weighted Least Square transformation to avoid classical assumption test errors. The results of this study indicate that inflation and interest rates have a negative effect on stock returns. ROE and TATO have a positive effect on stock returns, then CR and DER have no effect on stock returns of issuers in the agriculture sector. The independent
variables determined (inflation, interest rates, CR, ROE, DER, TATO) were only able to explain 57.9% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 42.1% was
